QA Analyst

• Perform manual testing to validate new features and bug fixes
• Validate API responses and test database interactions
• Identify and report defects with clear, detailed information
• Identify, document, and prioritize bugs in JIRA or similar tools
• Re-test fixed defects and perform regression testing before releases
• Work on simple defects independently and contribute to medium-size projects with guidance
• Create happy-path and negative tests based on requirements
• Identify scope and priority of tests for small features or fixes
• Provide estimates for assignments
• Collaborate with QA and development peers to analyze technical problems and escalate issues to leads
• Contribute to QA process improvements
• Stay current on QA trends and tools
• Familiarize yourself with the product, team structure, and development workflow during onboarding
• Write and execute test cases for client bugs, small features, or modules
• Collaborate with developers on complex features and edge cases
• 0–2 years of experience
• Basic knowledge of software testing methodologies, including manual testing
• Familiarity with QA tools such as JIRA or Postman
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and database testing
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Good understanding of product functionality and architecture and how it fits into the business
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• B2 level English or higher is required
