Working Student – Project Management, Finance & Controlling

• Support project management with creating, budgeting, and closing projects in SAP
• Support the creation of customer and supplier records in SAP
• Collaborate with various units across the Serviceplan Group, including Group Controlling and Accounting
• Monitor ongoing billing processes and the rolling forecast
• Prepare Excel reports, such as job-time reports and project-based revenue and cost reports

• No prior professional experience required
• Quick learner with high energy, a strong sense of independence, excellent communication skills, and a good sense of humor
• Proficient in Excel, with an interest in numbers and preparing reports
• Analytical approach and entrepreneurial mindset
• Structured, results-oriented, and independent working style
