Senior Product Manager

• Define and execute the casino product strategy by introducing engaging mechanics, new features, and fresh content to accelerate growth across core product metrics
• Lead the casino platform rollout in strategic partnership with GR8 Tech, managing post-launch performance analysis, continuous optimization, and scale
• Monitor player activity metrics and product KPIs, applying hands-on margin management and delivering project-level solutions to improve business profitability
• Source, evaluate, negotiate, and manage the end-to-end integration of game providers and casino content
• Direct and oversee Casino Stream teams, track performance metrics, provide actionable feedback, and optimize operational workflows
• Provide expert guidance and data-driven insights to internal brands and partner projects to improve product performance

• Deep understanding of iGaming casino operations, player behavior metrics, and core product KPIs (GGR, NGR, RTP, Conversion, Retention, Bets/Player, etc.)
• Proven track record of analyzing casino product performance to identify untapped growth opportunities
• Hands-on experience in margin management and optimization within a casino environment
• Strong experience in full-cycle product management — from feature conception and provider integration to rollout and post-launch analysis
• Practical experience sourcing, evaluating, and integrating casino game providers
• Proven ability to direct, mentor, and align teams operating within a Casino Stream
