Automotive Flying Doctor Technician – Freelancer

• Manage escalated technical cases from front-line support, validating information, performing deep-dive analysis and defining corrective actions
• Provide remote and on-site support to dealers and technical teams to ensure timely and effective vehicle repair
• Produce clear, structured technical reports for OEM and internal stakeholders, highlighting risks, trends and areas for improvement
• Monitor activity KPIs, including case ageing, recurrence and fix-it-right-first-time, and flag early warning signals on product or process issues
• Contribute to the technical knowledge base and best practices
• Support continuous improvement of Level 1 agents and workshops
• Provide on-site technical support, especially in connection with electrical buses, covering all Serbia

• Strong automotive technical background with experience in diagnostics and complex repair (dealer, workshop or OEM environment)
• Proven ability to analyze technical data, fault codes and log files to identify root causes and recurring issues on vehicles
• Capable of translating OEM technical documentation, wiring diagrams and procedures into clear repair instructions for workshops
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Able to explain complex technical topics in an understandable way
• Team player with proactive attitude, logical and inquisitive mindset
• Able to operate in multi-market, multi-stakeholder environments
