• Converse with the language model in English across a wide range of topics
• Verify linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance

• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
• Challenge advanced language models on contextual interpretation, tone adaptation, regional spelling conventions, colloquial phrasing, and semantic accuracy

• English (Caribbean/Belize/Guyana) language expertise
• Expertise in regional grammar, phonetics, syntax, idiomatic usage, and cultural references unique to the Caribbean, Belize, and Guyana
• Ability to evaluate contextual interpretation, tone adaptation, regional spelling conventions, colloquial phrasing, and semantic accuracy
• Ability to document model failure modes and capture reproducible error traces
• Clear, metacognitive communication (“showing your work”)
• Professional experience in teaching, translation, localization, or editorial work signals fit
• A Master's degree in Linguistics, English, Literature, Translation, or a related field is ideal
