Odoo Project Leader

• Gather and analyze client requirements, map them to Odoo functionalities, and provide best-fit solutions
• Present functionality, conduct demos, and lead proof-of-concept sessions
• Configure and customize Odoo modules to align with business processes
• Collaborate with technical teams on custom development and troubleshooting
• Conduct functional testing and user acceptance testing with clients
• Provide end-user training and documentation
• Manage the full implementation lifecycle and ensure timely project delivery
• Ensure client satisfaction and successful solution deployment
• Prepare cost estimates, project timelines, and technical feasibility assessments
• Perform other duties consistent with the purpose of the role

• 3+ years of experience as an Odoo Project Leader or similar role
• Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration
• Ukrainian & English full working proficiency
• Strong understanding of Odoo modules, including Sales, Accounting, HR
• Odoo certification and/or Project management is a plus
