City Manager, Real Estate

• Serve as the local representative of the ALB network in Toulon and the surrounding area
• Grow the business by bringing new properties into management
• Manage apartments, houses, villas, chalets, and unique properties
• Oversee property operations: cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations
• Optimize revenue through yield management and multi-channel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
• Coordinate a local network of service providers
• Delegate property management during absences through the ALB Vacation System
• Potentially recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their activity

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust
• Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector accepted
