Senior Business Systems Analyst

• Support JLL's PeopleSoft 9.2 Financial Management platform within the IT organization
• Monitor system performance, data integrity, user experience, batch processes, and platform health
• Resolve complex production issues through root cause analysis and permanent fixes
• Respond to incidents, prioritize issues by business impact, and coordinate timely resolution
• Review, test, and implement configuration changes
• Gather requirements from finance and accounting teams and translate them into functional specifications
• Perform gap analysis and impact assessments for proposed changes
• Support PeopleSoft enhancements, implementations, integrations, and rollouts across business units and regions
• Create and maintain functional specifications, system documentation, process guides, training materials, and user guides
• Design, coordinate, and execute user acceptance, regression, and data validation testing
• Provide expert end-user support and serve as the PeopleSoft Financial Modules subject matter expert
• Analyze performance, optimize systems, investigate data issues using SQL and PSQuery, and improve processes through automation
• Coordinate with Oracle support, third-party vendors, and Level 2+ technical teams
• Mentor junior team members and transfer knowledge across IT teams

• 3-5 years supporting PeopleSoft Financial Management 9.2 in an enterprise IT environment
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
• Deep functional knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 modules with expertise in production support methodologies
• Experience with system monitoring and incident management
• SQL skills and PSQuery experience for rapid troubleshooting and data analysis
• Strong understanding of financial close processes and month-end support requirements
• Excellent communication and incident management capabilities
• Proven ability to work under pressure during critical business periods
