Producer, Live Format – Titanic Show

• Lead the conceptual development and organizational execution of the “Titanic” live show from the initial idea through its premiere in January
• Plan, coordinate, and implement operational processes
• Work closely with the music, acting, events, and technical teams
• Shape the show’s dramatic arc, characters, and rhythm while considering audience impact
• Build and coordinate the show team, including actors, a writer, and a designer for visualization
• Keep track of the timeline and budget
• Respond to changes and collaborate closely with the team
• Ensure the smooth execution of every performance

• Several years of experience as a producer, in a TV editorial department (e.g., entertainment/show, documentary, or history), or in contemporary theater
• Genuine enthusiasm for leading a show from the initial idea through implementation
• A strong instinct for creative development and dramaturgy
• Excellent storytelling skills
• Creative thinking and an understanding of how to engage and captivate an audience
• Independent, fast-paced, and flexible working style
• Strong organizational skills when coordinating across different disciplines
• Nice to have: An established network in acting, music, and visualization
