Senior Marketing Executive

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for product launches, feature releases, user acquisition, activation, and retention
• Translate marketing objectives into campaign ideas, messaging, and channel plans
• Coordinate execution across social media, website, email, community, and other channels
• Monitor campaign performance and improve reach, engagement, conversion, and ROI
• Develop content ideas and marketing materials for Grvt's products, features, and value proposition
• Create and adapt social posts, short-form videos, product explainers, promotional creatives, and campaign assets
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, Product Marketing, BD, Design, and Growth teams
• Develop video concepts and briefs; support production from ideation and scripting through editing and distribution
• Simplify complex trading and Web3 concepts for different audiences
• Support go-to-market activities for products, features, partnerships, and market initiatives
• Track reach, engagement, CTR, conversion, user acquisition, and campaign ROI
• Analyze results, experiment with formats and channels, and share campaign learnings

• Experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, content marketing, campaign management, or a related role
• Strong content instincts and ability to develop engaging marketing ideas across formats and channels
• Experience coordinating or executing marketing campaigns from planning through delivery
• Familiarity with short-form video, social media content, creative production, or video editing workflows
• Comfortable using performance data to evaluate campaigns and improve results
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to simplify complex ideas
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of Web3, crypto, financial markets, or trading products is a plus
• Experience using AI-powered tools for content development, creative production, or marketing workflows is an advantage
