Field Sales Representative – Hair & Beauty

• Independently manage the Saxony sales territory
• Manage and strategically develop existing professional partners and hair salons on site
• Actively acquire new customers and continuously expand the customer base
• Advise customers and conduct product presentations
• Build long-term partnerships for brands such as OLAPLEX, Maria Nila, Urban Alchemy, and O&M
• Plan, manage, and analyze sales performance and target achievement
• Derive concrete measures to achieve sales targets
• Conduct training sessions and product training for salon partners
• Acquire new users for the New Flag Pro B2B online shop and support them in using the platform
• Monitor market and industry trends
• Relay feedback from the sales territory to headquarters
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the brands

• Enjoyment of sales and customer interaction
• Completed hairdressing training or relevant experience in the hair and beauty industry
• Ideally, initial experience in sales, customer consulting, or working with professional salon customers
• Ideally, experience as a Sales Manager, Field Sales Representative, Sales Representative, Account Manager, Territory Sales Manager, or in a comparable role
• Excellent communication skills, persuasiveness, and openness
• Independent, goal-oriented, and solution-focused approach to work
• Willingness to pursue personal and professional development
• Willingness to travel within the sales territory
• Category B driver’s license
• Very good German language skills
• Good English language skills preferred
