Product Manager

• Own the Metals.io product roadmap, including setting the vision, prioritising, and shipping
• Partner with marketing on go-to-market, positioning, and growth experimentation
• Act as the voice of the customer through user segmentation and research
• Translate behavioural insights into a technical roadmap
• Define key metrics and run experiments measuring engagement, stickiness, and share of wallet
• Communicate product rationale and requirements to engineering and design
• Challenge teams when alignment is lacking
• Frame technical decisions in business terms for senior leadership
• Monitor regulatory constraints while balancing product engagement as the roadmap evolves
• Develop product areas such as vaults, perpetuals, and borrowing

• Product Manager experience at a high-volume trading platform, centralised exchange or RWA marketplace
• Full ownership of a meaningful feature set or product end-to-end 0–1+
• Strong commercial acumen
• Comfortable partnering with marketing, owning go-to-market, and running growth experiments
• Experience with customer segmentation, user research, and roadmap prioritisation
• Aptitude and curiosity to learn quickly
• Based in a European or Middle Eastern time zone (UK, EU, or Dubai with flexed working hours)
