Event Design Coordinator

• Serve as the primary point of contact for event-related creative requests across Tether
• Scope requests including deliverable type, print or digital format, quantity, deadline, dimensions, venue/vendor constraints, and brand requirements
• Identify conflicting timelines, unrealistic turnarounds, or missing information and propose workable plans
• Brief designers with complete specifications
• Manage multiple concurrent event workstreams across teams and deadlines
• Track request status and surface bottlenecks proactively
• Review designer deliverables for brand consistency, copy accuracy, resolution, color mode, bleed/trim/safe zones, file formats, and platform specifications
• Maintain a scalable quality assurance checklist and process
• Document and organize event assets, briefs, and deliverables in shared drives
• Maintain vendor details, production specifications, and lessons learned
• Anticipate vendor, print production, scope-change, and shipping risks
• Coordinate with vendors and print/production partners on specifications and delivery windows
• Provide proactive status updates to stakeholders
• Liaise between business requesters and the design team
• Continuously improve the intake and review process

• 5+ years of experience in event marketing, event production, creative operations, or project management with a strong events component
• Proven experience managing print and digital production processes
• Knowledge of dielines, safe areas, RGB and CMYK requirements
• Ability to manage several concurrent, cross-functional requests with competing deadlines
• Sharp attention to detail
• Experience reviewing creative work and giving actionable feedback to designers
• Proactive, risk-first mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Monday, or similar
• Familiarity with design review tools such as Figma
• Experience setting up shared drive structures or asset libraries for teams
• Fluent in English
• Spanish or Italian is a plus
