Business Consultant – OT/IT Cybersecurity

• Coordinate, collaborate on, or perform cybersecurity solution analyses
• Work on cybersecurity design and engineering projects for OT networks and SCADA/DMS systems for clients in the electric power sector
• Participate in or coordinate technical field assessments, including visits to data centers, control centers, and substations
• Conduct diagnostics, OT asset inventories, architecture analyses, and communications network reviews
• Develop cybersecurity architecture proposals, OT network segmentation strategies, technology selections, and implementation roadmaps
• Produce technical deliverables and executive presentations, and present them to the client's technical and management stakeholders
• Drive the transformation of client operations by structuring challenges for resolution in collaboration with project leadership and the project team
• Work on projects specific to your area of expertise, as well as broader consulting and problem-solving engagements, supporting multidisciplinary teams
• Travel and work on-site with clients as needed to gather data and support action coordination
• Collaborate with other organizational departments and multidisciplinary teams to solve problems across different industries
• Map automation and software solution requirements to address business challenges and support technology teams in delivering solutions
• Conduct structured interviews with technical teams, prepare technical reports, and present findings to clients
• Read and interpret engineering, construction, maintenance, reliability, and regulatory technical reports related to the electric power sector
• Understand the technical context and assess improvement initiatives related to projects, services, systems, processes, and business structures
• Engage with project stakeholders on technical, business, and management perspectives
• Collaborate with global teams to jointly develop client solutions

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• OT cybersecurity certification, preferably ISA/IEC 62443; accepted alternatives include GICSP, GRID, GCIP, or another recognized OT cybersecurity certification
• Additional cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, or equivalent) are a plus
• Advanced written and spoken English is required, including the ability to lead technical working meetings in English
• Advanced written and spoken Spanish is a plus
• Experience in OT cybersecurity
• Consulting experience is a plus
• Professional experience in IT transformation projects or the implementation of digitalization initiatives
• Knowledge of ISA/IEC 62443, NERC-CIP, and NIST SP 800-82
• Knowledge of OT/IT cybersecurity software
• Knowledge of industrial network (OT) architectures, segmentation, cybersecurity technologies, and controls
• Knowledge of supervisory and control systems (SCADA, DMS, OMS) and electric grid operations
• Previous OT cybersecurity experience in the electric power sector (distribution, transmission, or generation) is a plus
