System Administrator – Digital Media & Technology

• Own and optimize OIDC, SAML, and OAuth configurations within Okta
• Manage and maintain a global fleet of Apple devices using Jamf
• Develop Python, Bash, or other scripts to automate IT tasks, deployments, and system integrations
• Lead IT infrastructure projects from conception to completion
• Create project documentation and delegate cross-functional tasks
• Maintain ticket hygiene and technical documentation
• Support system design and architecture
• Assist with ESX-to-cloud migrations
• Support Google Workspace and network routing troubleshooting using the OSI model

• 4–6 years in Senior IT, Sysadmin, or Systems Engineering roles within a professional environment
• Expert-level knowledge of Okta and Jamf is mandatory
• Deep understanding of OIDC, SAML, OAuth, and IT end-user device security
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language for system automation
• Proven ability to lead solo technical projects and manage a Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Exceptional English skills
• Ability to work effectively in an asynchronous, documentation-heavy environment
• Familiarity with GitOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and LLM usage for productivity
