Recruitment and Selection Analyst

• Post job openings across different channels and use various attraction strategies
• Screen resumes and conduct active sourcing
• Conduct video interviews
• Administer and analyze assessments when necessary
• Prepare candidate evaluation reports
• Support the client throughout the entire hiring process
• Ensure a positive experience for candidates and clients
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes with efficiency and quality

• Experience in recruitment and selection

• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
