Customer Advisor – Finance & Insurance

• Advise employees of client companies on financial wellbeing, insurance, retirement planning and personal finances
• Serve as a point of contact by phone, email and digital channels
• Ensure an excellent customer experience
• Handle customer inquiries independently, from consultation through implementation
• Explain complex topics in a clear, audience-appropriate manner
• Actively contribute to the ongoing development of services and processes

• Completed vocational training, a degree or relevant experience in customer advisory services, insurance, banking, financial services or customer service
• Career changers with a strong service orientation and an interest in financial topics are welcome
• Enjoy working with people and providing advisory support
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented approach to work
• Excellent German language skills
• Confident use of digital tools, CRM systems and modern communication channels
