Senior Java Backend Developer

• Design, develop, and implement robust, scalable software solutions using Java
• Develop, optimize, and maintain robust, scalable RESTful APIs
• Design and implement microservices-based solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Resolve complex performance and security issues
• Conduct code reviews, identify improvements, and ensure compliance with microservices-based architecture and integration standards
• Apply Clean Code, SOLID principles, and coding standards
• Collaborate with software architects to define standards and best practices
• Support and mentor junior and mid-level developers
• Ensure the quality, security, performance, and scalability of solutions
• Maintain and evolve APIs and microservices
• Ensure that technical solutions meet project requirements
• Contribute to resolving complex technical issues and continuously improving code
• Share knowledge and support the technical development of junior and mid-level professionals

• Strong experience with Java (Java 8 or higher) and the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Data, and Spring Security)
• Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL and MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB and Redis)
• Experience with microservices architecture and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, and SQS)
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker and Kubernetes)
• Experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD), using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and version control using Git
• Completed or ongoing higher education
• Experience with Open Finance is a plus
• Experience in the financial sector and with transactional systems
• Experience providing technical guidance to developers
• Participation in defining architecture standards and development best practices
