Horizon Europe Project Manager – Dissemination and Communication

• Maintenance and monitoring of project plans, schedules and outputs
• Lead project work packages for dissemination and communication activities
• Represent Yordas in online and face-to-face project meetings and take responsibility for project deliverables
• Allocate resources and budgets according to project requirements
• Implement, analyse and optimise dissemination and communication campaigns and related activities
• Lead stakeholder engagement activities
• Oversee development and maintenance of project websites and social media marketing materials, events, presentations, brochures, banners, newsletters and videos
• Organise events and webinars
• Maintain project and evidence documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure resources are available for scheduled project delivery

• Bachelor Degree (e.g. Marketing, Communication, Project management) or relevant professional experience
• Demonstrable (events/marketing) Project Management experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Strong organisation skills, efficiency, attention to detail
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Previous work experience with Horizon Europe or similar public funded projects
• Open to occasional travel to project meetings and events within Europe
• Graphic design, copy writing and video editing skills desirable
• Interest and/or experience in sustainability and environmental science projects is desirable and will be favoured in the selection process
