Mid/Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Identify, attract, and land top global talent
• Map and engage elite talent from Tier 1 tech hubs and companies worldwide
• Conduct thoughtful outreach and networking with passive candidates
• Support implementation of an AI-first recruitment stack using AI agents, technical communities, and unconventional sourcing channels
• Maintain long-term relationships with passive talent globally
• Own the candidate journey from the first discovery call to the final close
• Ensure clear, respectful, and high-quality candidate interactions
• Conduct structured interviews assessing technical aptitude and cultural alignment
• Provide concise, actionable summaries for Hiring Managers and Leadership
• Work with Founders and Team Leads to improve hiring workflows and remove friction
• Contribute to employer branding and initiatives positioning EverAI as a destination for AI talent
• Refine internal workflows, experiment with AI tools, launch employer branding initiatives, and test sourcing strategies

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment
• At least 2 years in tech recruitment
• Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment
• Global sourcing experience attracting talent from major tech hubs, including USA, EU, and LATAM
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Perfect fluency in English
• Goal-oriented, ownership and commitment
• Doer mindset, balancing execution, planning, and strategy
• Humble and willing to learn and open to feedback
• Comfortable hiring for products based on uncensored models and content
• AI recruitment experience or familiarity with the AI space is a bonus
• Exposure to employer branding, compensation benchmarking, or broader TA initiatives is a bonus
