Online Accountant

• Recording incoming payments for our customers (property owners)
• Recording outgoing payments to the appropriate accounts in our Immoware24 system
• Supporting and independently preparing service charge statements
• Building specialist knowledge in property management
• Maintaining accurate records in the company’s internal system and documenting processes precisely
• Applying a customer-focused approach in all activities
• Preparing and taking responsibility for service charge statements and invoicing cycles for customers, primarily property owners in Germany

• Experience in accounting – accounts payable and accounts receivable are familiar concepts to you
• Strong German communication skills (fluent written and spoken German)
• Confident PC skills and hands-on experience with one or more billing or accounting systems
• Strong willingness to learn and a high level of commitment
• Career changers are welcome, provided they have completed commercial training or earned a relevant degree
