Senior Product Manager – Design System

• Drive the long-term vision, adoption and implementation of the design system across Web and App platforms
• Manage the product roadmap and prioritise the backlog to align with core business goals and objectives
• Coordinate design and engineering workstreams for internal product teams
• Advocate for the design system, raising awareness and sharing progress across the business
• Set customer experience design standards through reusable components and patterns
• Embed accessibility guidelines and support for assistive technologies
• Partner with App teams to ensure alignment with Liquid Glass and Edge-to-Edge requirements
• Establish productivity baselines and success metrics aligned with business OKRs and the online scorecard
• Support contribution models and governance structures
• Cultivate an active user community through outreach, feedback and quarterly surveys
• Bridge Design and Engineering while aligning the Design System with business priorities, user needs and technical requirements
• Own the Design System's vision, roadmap, governance and adoption

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, ideally on a design system, component library or internal platform product
• Experience treating a platform as a product, including managing internal users as customers, adoption, and cross-team dependencies
• Strong collaboration with design and engineering teams
• Technical understanding of theming, tokens and component architecture
• Familiarity with Web and mobile app development contexts (iOS/Android)
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and assistive technologies
• Experience defining success metrics, OKRs and adoption baselines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including influencing without direct authority
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Expected to travel to the UK at least once or twice a month
