Process Analyst (Mid-Level) – Advanced Spanish

• Understand the operations, needs, and specific characteristics of different clients and business areas.
• Lead and support the transition of new contracts and projects, particularly across the LATAM region.
• Map end-to-end processes, identifying steps, interfaces, risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Support the redesign and documentation of operational processes.
• Identify opportunities for standardization, simplification, and increased efficiency.
• Structure and monitor operational performance indicators.
• Capture and measure productivity and efficiency gains.
• Identify automation opportunities and support their implementation with the relevant teams.
• Drive continuous improvement by proposing solutions to optimize operations and enhance delivery quality.
• Support the development of a strategic view of BPO operations by connecting processes, indicators, and business results.
• Contribute to the scalable growth of operations by ensuring greater process consistency, control, and sustainability.
• Maintain close communication with clients and internal teams, strengthening relationships and ensuring alignment on deliverables.

• Experience in process mapping, analysis, and redesign.
• Currently pursuing or completed a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with operations transitions, contract implementations, or operational transformation projects.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement, standardization, and identifying automation opportunities.
• Experience defining and structuring performance indicators.
• Ability to analyze operations across different clients and industry segments.
• Advanced Spanish for communication and work on LATAM projects.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
