Junior Operations Analyst

• Track projects, contracts, budgets, costs, revenue, and margins
• Support forecasting and revenue recognition
• Monitor professional resource allocation, capacity, and utilization
• Prepare and track metrics and KPIs
• Identify variances, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
• Support process mapping, organization, and automation
• Work in partnership with Project Managers, Finance, Sales, and other teams

• Analytical, organized, and proactive profile
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different teams
• Interest in processes, data, and metrics
• Ability to manage multiple demands
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn
• Intermediate to advanced English and/or Spanish proficiency for professional communication
• Preferred: experience in Operations, PMO, Project Controlling, Finance, or Business Operations
• Preferred: knowledge of Excel, Qlik, or BI tools
• Preferred: knowledge of or interest in AI and process automation
• Preferred: experience with budgeting, forecasting, project management, or financial controls
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
