Project Manager – Germany

• Oversee assigned clinical trial projects throughout the life of the trial
• Participate in development of Statements of Work (SOW) defining client expectations
• Manage client meetings and communications, report development and review, issue resolution, and budget oversight
• Monitor scope of services and initiate scope revisions and change orders
• Serve as primary project contact with Sponsors and Contract Research Organizations
• Serve as first point of contact for clinical trial management issues
• Identify risks and work on mitigations
• Coordinate with clinical laboratory management and directors
• Review enrollment logs, pending test reports, laboratory reports, issue logs, shipping manifests, and other study documents
• Interface with laboratories, BD, Technical Affairs, Vendor Management, and Data Management
• Liaise with Project Coordinators and data managers to ensure study tasks and data delivery meet the SOW
• Analyze operational, quality, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with partner-laboratory project managers to provide a global overview of study management
• Coordinate shipment requests for stored samples
• Ensure laboratory requirements in protocols are managed in compliance with laboratory practices
• Create training materials for investigator meetings
• Represent LabConnect at client and investigator meetings
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Scientific degree, preferably in a laboratory or life science, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strongly preferred: Medical Technology or MLT/MTL degree with 3+ years related laboratory experience, or experience in the clinical trial industry in a project oversight role
• Excellent organization, communication, multitasking and interpersonal skills
• Customer service/client relationship management skills
• Business fluent in English
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint
• SharePoint and Microsoft Project experience is a plus
