Field Sales Representative – Pharmaceutical Industry

• Provide scientific information, present, and market products to office-based specialists and specialist physicians in hospitals
• Present and market products to target groups in accordance with the defined brand strategy
• Use a broad omnichannel approach to implement the appropriate marketing mix
• Continuously analyze the market using available data, focusing on sales development for the assigned product and its competitors
• Identify potential opportunities and developments, and derive strategic activities for targeting and account plans
• Design, organize, and conduct continuing medical education events
• Attend regional and national events
• Gather market information and customer insights, and determine customers’ positions within the sales cycle
• Successfully completed university degree in a natural science, pharmaceutical sales representative training, or the required expertise in accordance with Section 75 of the German Medicinal Products Act (AMG)
• Previous successful field sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage but not essential
• Ability to communicate complex scientific concepts in a target-group-oriented manner and discuss them with different customer groups
• Strong persuasive skills, an engaging personality, and excellent communication abilities
• High level of agility and motivation to pursue your goals
• Strong digital and analytical skills combined with creativity
• Very good written and spoken English
• Willingness to travel approximately 75% of the time
