Survey Programmer

• Understand client/project context and survey requirements
• Program error-free surveys in a timely manner
• Manage survey programming projects and workstreams independently
• Provide feasible solutions for surveys
• Provide regular updates to project teams on survey programming and fieldwork
• Program complex surveys and customize aesthetics on the Qualtrics survey-building platform
• Explore and learn additional Qualtrics platform features beyond survey programming
• Use HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and other scripting languages to build unavailable functionalities
• Manage fieldwork by setting quotas, creating survey URLs, and providing data downloads
• Work with MS Excel, SPSS, and other technologies to provide project solutions

• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in programming surveys, with the majority of experience in Qualtrics
• Decipher and Confirmit experience is good to have
• Must have worked on integration of Qualtrics with other tools like Oracle and others, using API and JSON, and be able to handle such projects independently
• Strong analytical aptitude, including problem solving and logical reasoning
• Effective communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills and team-player attitude
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, etc.
• Open to work in EST Shift
