• Advise clients on agile software development projects
• Gather, analyze, and manage requirements
• Optimize and further develop IT systems and processes
• Bring business and IT teams together

• Contribute to software development projects for banks and insurance companies

• Several years of experience in IT consulting, preferably in the banking and insurance sectors
• Experience in software development projects
• Methodological experience in IT business analysis
• Ability to explain complex business and technical topics clearly
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Enjoyment of working with people
• Open and empathetic communication style
• Willingness to take responsibility
• Fluent German (C1 minimum)
