Planning and Management Specialist – E-commerce

• Extract, process, and consolidate sales, order, school, student, and logistics data, transforming it into analyses and insights to support decision-making
• Build and maintain dashboards and commercial, operational, and financial performance indicators
• Analyze results (actual vs. budget vs. forecast), prepare projections, and simulate scenarios for the commercial cycle
• Support the area’s financial and budget planning and monitor budget execution
• Calculate and reconcile the operation’s financial amounts
• Map processes and develop automation for data and reporting routines, including the use of AI tools
• Prepare clear, informative executive reports and presentations, translating data into conclusions and recommendations
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and the area’s management model

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field
• Advanced Excel
• Intermediate-level SQL and Power BI
• Experience with data analysis, KPIs, and dashboard development
• Financial acumen for results analysis and budget support
• Practical experience using generative AI tools, such as the Claude suite (Anthropic)
• Analytical thinking, systems-level perspective, and clear communication skills to translate data into conclusions
• Python for data processing and automation is a plus
• Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), controllership, or BI is a plus
• Knowledge of process mapping is a plus
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or education is a plus
• Experience with data lakes or cloud environments (e.g., Databricks) is a plus
