Patient Recruiter

• Conduct outreach through calls, social media, community events, and physician referrals to identify and engage potential study participants
• Educate patients on ongoing clinical trials, eligibility, and study benefits
• Maintain detailed records of outreach and recruitment activities in the CRM
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient onboarding process
• Meet or exceed enrollment targets for assigned studies
• Represent Denali Health with professionalism, empathy, and enthusiasm
• Connect patients to potentially life-changing clinical trials through outreach, education, and engagement
• Build trust and foster relationships with patients and community organizations

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in healthcare, clinical research, sales, or community outreach is preferred but not required
• Self-motivated with excellent organization and follow-up skills
• Comfortable engaging with patients from diverse backgrounds
• Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are strongly encouraged to apply
