Manual Testing Analyst, Mobile, JavaScript – Mid-Level

• Work as a QA Analyst on a telecommunications industry client project
• Perform manual testing for mobile and web projects
• Plan, create, execute, automate, and validate test cases
• Document test results
• Collaborate with colleagues and the services team
• Apply testing approaches such as TDD, BDD, and smoke testing when required

• Fluent English (or near-fluent), with the ability to communicate with colleagues via text and phone calls
• Relevant experience in software testing, preferably in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on API, web, and mobile solutions
• Background in IT with a completed or ongoing university degree
• Availability to work in the EST time zone (10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. Brasília Time)
• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks
• Experience with regression testing, integration testing, and validation of functional and non-functional requirements
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React and/or Node.js is a plus
• Experience with at least one of the following tools is a plus: WebdriverIO, Playwright, Artillery, Selenium, or Cypress
• Experience conducting W3C accessibility testing
• Knowledge of Postman
• Exposure to automated testing tools
• Experience with ticket-tracking systems
