Coverage and Contracts Analyst

• Analyze trade credit insurance contracts, reported claims, and assigned cases
• Determine applicable coverage amounts in accordance with contractual commitments
• Explain decisions to insured parties through clear, appropriate, and personalized communications
• Conduct in-depth investigations into contractual issues and rigorously interpret coverage provisions
• Review disputed cases
• Assess the implications and identify situations requiring arbitration or input from the Sales Department
• Develop supporting arguments and draft responses for insured parties, brokers, or partners
• Contribute to drafting and improving contractual clauses
• Ensure that clauses are understood and applied operationally
• Propose simplifications, optimizations, and safeguards for internal processes
• Contribute to transformation and continuous improvement projects
• Lead and contribute to internal presentations
• Participate in webinars aimed at improving the customer experience
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Sales, Collections, and Claims teams

• Master’s degree (M2) from a business school or university
• At least 2 to 3 years of professional experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
• Proven experience in customer service
• Enjoy working as part of a team
• Ability to step back from complex situations and formulate well-supported conclusions
• Strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and autonomy in decision-making
• Proficiency in professional English, both written and spoken
• Basic understanding of commonly used AI platforms, along with awareness of AI-related best practices and challenges in a professional environment
