Italian-speaking B2B Sales Manager

• Conduct outbound calls to Italian businesses in sectors relevant to current claims projects
• Introduce unilegion and explain relevant projects clearly, professionally and compliantly
• Identify relevant businesses, understand their situation and assess their level of interest
• Explain participation models, processes and next steps without unsupported promises about eligibility, claim value or outcome
• Follow up with interested businesses by phone and email
• Support prospects through registration, contract review and document collection
• Answer initial questions and escalate legal or complex questions to the appropriate internal contact
• Build trust-based relationships with business owners and decision-makers
• Keep conversation minutes, follow-ups and next steps accurately in the CRM system
• Share market feedback, recurring objections and relevant insights from Italian businesses with the project team
• Collaborate with internal teams and external legal partners on legal, technical and case-specific questions
• Native-level Italian and excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Proven experience in B2B sales, outbound calling, customer acquisition or account management, ideally in a consultative, relationship-based environment
• Ability to explain complex topics simply and convincingly
• Confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers by phone
• Professional, trustworthy and service-oriented communication style
• Persistence and resilience when dealing with rejection and longer decision cycles
• Strong self-organisation and ability to manage follow-ups reliably in a remote setting
• Experience with CRM systems and structured pipeline management
• Ability to work in English with an international team
• German is an advantage but not required
• Availability for at least 25 hours per week, with the possibility of up to 40 hours
• CV and a short note explaining B2B sales or outbound calling experience, availability and interest in supporting unilegion’s claims projects
• A flexible remote role, available either as a freelance collaboration or as employment
