• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
• Create and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO
• Implement dynamic pricing to maximize revenue
• Manage reservations and guest relations
• Handle messages, check-ins, and disputes
• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays
• Prospect for new property owners who wish to outsource the operation of their properties
• Monitor owner inquiries in the assigned area and manage the business through the ALB platform
• Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity
