• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
• Create, publish, and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO
• Implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue
• Manage reservations and guest relations, including messaging, check-ins, and dispute resolution
• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays
• Prospect for new property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties
• Build and manage a portfolio of properties
• Potentially recruit City Managers through sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships
• Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is an advantage but not required
