Sales Administration Manager – GCC, Levant

• Lead and oversee administrative operations supporting the sales function for GCC & Levant
• Design, develop, apply, govern, and manage sales-driven incentive compensation plans
• Set sales quotas and design payout curves
• Define customer segmentation and targeting KPIs
• Calculate sales achievement
• Provide analytical support to the Commercial Team using tools such as Viasales for sales tracking
• Develop and modify reporting requirements, including report elements, data sources, format, frequency, and distribution
• Ensure reporting accuracy
• Work with the commercial organization to set and monitor field-force sales achievement
• Lead the design, development, and timely delivery of field reports and ad-hoc analytics
• Manage commercial information initiatives involving secondary data sourcing, business-rule governance, reporting optimization, and advanced analytics
• Collaborate with Compliance to include compliance guidelines and requirements in SMS processes
• Maintain records according to compliance guidelines
• Maintain data stewardship through process improvement, data verification and validation, database governance and maintenance, and regular communication with users
• Support territory quota setting based on sales structures in Viasales
• Collaborate across teams in a dual-reporting structure

• Bachelor's degree - Required
• 5 years of Sales Excellence experience - Required
• 5 years of pharmaceutical experience - Required
• 5 years of strong business acumen - Required
• 5 years of team collaboration and ability to work as a single driver and contributor - Required
• Fluent English written and spoken - Required
• Willingness and ability to travel
• Business-oriented perspective on sales and customer-related issues, with experience working with or in sales, marketing, or other customer-related functions
• Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs/requirements into effective solutions
• Working knowledge of sales tracking tools
• Highly detail oriented with ability to multitask and prioritize
• Ability to work with tight deadlines in a dynamic and changing environment
• Proven troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Proven team player
• Proficient in standard Microsoft Office software
• Expert understanding of Excel and Access
• Licenses and certifications are preferred
