Senior Content Manager

• Maintain and continuously develop existing website content
• Create new pages in close collaboration with the SEO team
• Write and optimize clear, compelling, and target-group-oriented copy
• Implement SEO and GEO briefs, optimally balancing readability and discoverability
• Further develop UX copy for existing pages
• Contribute your own ideas for copy and layout
• Collaborate with the conversion optimization team
• Develop copy for hypotheses and tests
• Create and revise emails, flyers, and offer PDFs
• Proofread and update existing content in accordance with external requirements, such as the EmpCo guidelines
• Use AI tools and automated workflows to create, update, and scale content more efficiently
• Contribute practical insights to the further development of AI tools and workflows

• Several years of experience in content management, ideally in a website or online marketing environment
• Precise, target-group-oriented writing with a strong sense of tone of voice, structure, and user needs
• Ability to present complex topics requiring explanation in a clear and user-focused way
• Experience in areas such as energy, fintech, insurtech, or legal is a plus
• Good foundational understanding of SEO and ideally GEO
• Ability to independently translate SEO and GEO briefs into high-quality content
• Experience in UX, conversion, or advertising copywriting is a plus
• Experience independently developing and prioritizing content topics is a plus
• Structured and proactive approach when managing multiple topics and formats in parallel
• Affinity for AI-powered tools and automated workflows
• Native-level German
• English at least at B2 level
• Interest in renewable energy and willingness to make a tangible contribution to the energy transition
