Senior Mobile QA Analyst

• Write test cases and test steps demonstrating understanding of requirements and visual designs using Jira
• Design and execute automated and manual test strategies
• Apply mobile application testing procedures, techniques, and tools, including test planning and case writing
• Coordinate daily application operations and deployment from development through pre-production, staging, and production
• Validate development artifacts as they are promoted between environments
• Perform system, integration, regression, end-to-end, cross-browser, and cross-device testing with appropriate documentation
• Communicate test results and coordinate logistics with business analysts, developers, IT staff, and leadership
• Certify applications for release to the next testing stage or production
• Generate and distribute periodic testing status reports
• Facilitate and coordinate user acceptance testing
• Work with business analysts and stakeholders on exploratory testing

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar work experience
• A minimum of 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in a directly related area
• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a QA (Web Application Testing) Automation Engineer
• Experience with Java, Selenium, Cypress, and BDD framework
• Ideally, experience testing mobile applications built on native iOS and native Android
• Experience with Salesforce concepts such as Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce platform capabilities, and integration patterns
• Ability to create responsive and accessible UI components
• Minimum 3–5 years of technical project experience testing through a full system development life cycle
• Ability to work independently and as a team player, using discretion and sound judgment
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills, written and oral
• Ability and desire to quickly learn new skills and technologies
