Senior QA Automation

• Develop and scale automated testing frameworks across unit, integration, API, end-to-end, performance, and regression layers
• Integrate quality assurance into CI/CD pipelines, code review, and sprint planning
• Select and optimize quality assurance tools in collaboration with engineering leadership
• Define and monitor quality metrics, including defect rate, test coverage, MTTR, and release quality
• Report quality metrics to the team

• Over 6 years of experience in software quality assurance/engineering
• Proven experience designing QA processes and strategies from scratch
• Hands-on experience with test automation using Ruby, RSpec, Capybara, Appium, Selenium, and AWS
• Experience integrating CI/CD using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI
• Direct experience testing AI/ML systems and/or data pipelines, including model validation, data quality checks, or evaluation frameworks for ML/LLM-based functionalities
• Strong understanding of SDLC/Agile methodologies and QA integration into sprint-based delivery
