Junior Buyer

• Support the management and execution of procurement activities for the Oils, Ingredients and Smart Fish categories
• Create and manage purchase orders and contracts in SAP
• Ensure accurate and timely execution of procurement activities
• Manage documentation related to purchasing operations and logistics
• Follow up on purchase orders and monitor contract and delivery execution, including delivery schedules and contract consumption
• Support Buyers in procurement activities across different Group entities
• Prepare analyses and reports on price trends and procurement activities for assigned categories
• Report directly to the Senior Buyer

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or related fields
• 6 months – 1 year of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain or related fields
• Proficiency in Italian and English is required
• Spanish is nice to have
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Qlik Sense is a plus
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact and adapt to different stakeholders
• Highly proactive and flexible, with strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to adapting to changing priorities and situations
