Post-Production Producer

• Develop and continuously improve comprehensive photo and video post-production guidelines
• Ensure high quality and consistency with BetterMe’s brand visual identity
• Communicate and coordinate with external retouchers, video editors, and colorists
• Create clear and detailed technical briefs for post-production tasks
• Manage the complete photo and video workflow from receiving raw materials through final approval and delivery
• Build and manage AI-generation workflows for photo and video content
• Execute AI-generation workflows or brief and coordinate specialized external contractors
• Contribute to technical and creative decisions that improve post-production efficiency
• Coordinate between creative concepts and final content while accounting for platform-specific requirements

• Experience managing and producing photo/video post-production processes
• Proven experience building and operating AI-generation pipelines for photo, video, and graphic content
• Experience with tool selection, testing, integration, hands-on content generation and processing, auto-editing, upscaling, and short-form adaptation
• Experience sourcing and coordinating contractors for AI-related tasks
• Ability to structure large volumes of information and coordinate processes
• Ability to work with creative briefs, technical assignments, and project changes
• Good sense of color and audio-visual synchronization
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to resolve conflicts and take ownership of decisions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to quickly analyze situations and find alternative solutions
• Good time-management skills and strong sense of responsibility
• English proficiency at Intermediate level or above
• Interest in the Health & Fitness industry and an active lifestyle (nice to have)
• Basic skills in Figma, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve (nice to have)
