Semi Senior Process Engineer

• Conduct meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather information and understand current operations
• Analyze, map, and document existing business processes and workflows (AS-IS)
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with the Solution Architect to design and document future-state processes (TO-BE)
• Develop process flowcharts, diagrams, and supporting documentation
• Gather, organize, and document business requirements for process transformation initiatives
• Ensure process documentation is accurate, structured, and aligned with business needs
• Support communication between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project

• At least 3 years of experience in process engineering, business process analysis, or similar roles
• Proven experience in AS-IS and TO-BE process mapping and documentation
• Strong knowledge of business process modeling, workflow analysis, and documentation techniques
• Experience with Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi, or similar process mapping tools
• Ability to gather requirements and translate complex business processes into clear documentation
• Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration with business and technical stakeholders
• Experience working alongside Solution Architects or technical teams
• Salesforce knowledge or experience is nice to have
• Availability to work full-time for a 3-month project
• Must be based in Chile
