Technical Compliance Manager

• Providing independent oversight and assurance to the business of compliance to technical requirements
• Proactively researching technical requirements and regulations for new and existing markets and liaising with relevant stakeholders to deliver compliant solutions
• Carrying out technical compliance gap assessments and analyses across relevant jurisdictions and markets where the company operates or plans to operate
• Providing teams and departments with advice on interpreting technical regulations, requirements and standards
• Advising on implementation of technical solutions and products
• Maintaining regular contact with key internal and external stakeholders, including product development and third-party B2B suppliers
• Ensuring products are technically compliant in operating jurisdictions
• Interacting with regulators on technical compliance matters, including preparing required reports
• Continuously assessing product compliance and operational risks
• Scheduling compliance tasks and reporting identified technical compliance risks and gaps
• Proposing compliant technical solutions and driving their implementation

• 2-3 years’ experience in a Technical Compliance role within iGaming
• Work experience in an ISO27001 Compliant environment
• Ability to translate technical compliance elements into clear development requirements for the benefit of engineering teams
• Understanding of the iGaming business framework (B2B) and best practice standards and requirements
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to details, composure and patience
• Highly pragmatic and proactive
• Ability to work on your own initiative with minimum management
• Team player with a hands-on approach
