Senior Performance Marketing Manager, SEA / PPC

• Independently manage and advise a portfolio of clients, both digitally and in person
• Take responsibility for the strategy and performance of managed accounts
• Develop paid media concepts, market analyses, and account audits for Google Ads and Social Ads
• Build and further develop accounts across multiple platforms and throughout the entire funnel
• Manage automated platform features such as Smart Bidding, Performance Max, AI Max, and Meta Advantage+
• Support the design and ongoing development of tracking setups
• Provide support with Consent Mode, Enhanced Conversions, and the Meta Conversions API (CAPI)
• Present planned initiatives and concepts to clients
• Deliver in-house training sessions for clients
• Provide subject-matter support to working students and trainees
• Use the internal AI Kit for analysis, reporting, and creative iteration

• Several years of professional experience in SEA/PPC, ideally around five years
• Demonstrable success in managing client accounts
• Excellent knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
• Knowledge of Performance Max, Demand Gen, and AI Max for Search
• Experience with Smart Bidding and managing automated campaigns
• Knowledge of Google Merchant Center, Channable, or ChannelPilot
• Confident manner in negotiations and presentations
• Independent, reliable, and results-oriented working style
• Ability to oversee multiple accounts
• Cross-channel mindset and understanding of holistic online marketing strategies
• Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Fluent written and spoken German (C2 level)
• Good command of English is an advantage
• Experience in Paid Social, particularly Meta Ads including Advantage+, is an advantage
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads and, optionally, TikTok or Pinterest is an advantage
• Knowledge of GA4, Google Merchant Center, Consent Mode, server-side tracking, and first-party data is an advantage
