Field Service Technician

• Carry out scheduled service visits in Vienna, Lower Austria, and Burgenland as planned by the dispatch team
• Diagnose faults and malfunctions
• Commission, maintain, and repair oil- and gas-fired heating systems and heat pumps
• Document service activities using the company IT system
• Participate in the on-call service outside regular business hours

• Completed technical education or apprenticeship (apprenticeship, technical college, vocational school, or equivalent) as an installer, building services technician, heating technician, or in a comparable field
• Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating technology, refrigeration technology, air conditioning and ventilation technology, or another technical profession
• Good written and spoken German
• Basic IT skills
• Strong technical aptitude and a high level of customer orientation
• Willingness to participate in the on-call service outside regular business hours (maximum one week per month)
