Senior Carrier and Product Management

• Develop cyber insurance products in Germany, the Netherlands, Austria and other markets, integrating them with Cyber Guard and incident response services
• Coordinate external partners where needed
• Monitor market, carrier and broker trends and adapt products and policy wordings
• Support the underwriting team and customers with legal and insurance-related questions
• Identify compliance risks and implement solutions compliant with each jurisdiction’s laws and regulations
• Introduce a modular product concept and scale processes through automation
• Lead carrier management from a legal and strategic perspective
• Negotiate and oversee MGA agreements in the EU and UK
• Manage capacity for SMEs and large risks
• Build a stable, long-term and diversified carrier base
• Oversee MGA agreements and coordinate renewals
• Build a claims management function aligned with profitability goals and carrier requirements

• Strong legal knowledge of cyber insurance in Germany, the Netherlands or another EU country
• A legal qualification as a lawyer or equivalent legal expertise is a plus
• Several years of experience with cyber products and policy wordings in underwriting and/or claims handling
• Understanding of cyber compliance and regulatory requirements
• Practical experience in incident response and prevention solutions
• Entrepreneurial mindset and structured, detail-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently, communicate with confidence and follow through
• Confidence negotiating with customers and partners
• Resilience and strong sense of ownership
• Fluency in English and either German or Dutch
