Senior IAM Consultant

• Provide specialized consulting services in Identity and Access Management (IAM) for public-sector organizations.
• Design, document, and define Identity and Access Management processes and procedures for subsequent implementation.
• Participate in projects involving the implementation and enhancement of IAM solutions using Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM).
• Perform Project Management Office (PMO) activities, ensuring project planning, tracking, and monitoring.
• Collect, analyze, and systematize information, ensuring a standardized approach to project management and documentation.

• At least 6 years of consulting experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) for public-sector organizations.
• At least 3 years of experience in similar projects, performing PMO responsibilities.
• Experience in information analysis and systematization, risk management, process standardization, and project monitoring.
• At least 3 years of experience designing IAM processes and procedures for subsequent implementation.
• Experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM).
• Microsoft Identity Management certification.
