Senior Analyst, Data Scrubbing

• Lead the cleaning and scrubbing of survey data
• Identify and remove duplicate, fraudulent, or low-quality responses without compromising dataset integrity
• Review client requirements and quality thresholds
• Advise on best practices for data validation, quota management, and respondent quality control
• Conduct QA checks on incoming data to detect straight-lining, speeding, and other fraud patterns
• Ensure data structures are clean, properly formatted, and privacy-compliant for delivery in SPSS, Excel, CSV, and similar formats
• Scrub or anonymize personally identifiable information in line with regulations such as GDPR
• Diagnose and resolve data quality issues
• Flag anomalies or respondent flow bottlenecks during live fieldwork
• Collaborate with Project Managers and client-side researchers to clarify quality standards
• Provide updates on data delivery timelines

• 3+ years of hands-on full service project management or survey programming experience within a market research, panel, or data collection environment
• Advanced proficiency in major survey programming platforms such as Decipher, Qualtrics, Alchemer or similar ResTech tools
• Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with Python or XML is a strong plus
• Exceptional analytical and QA skills
• Track record of delivering clean, error-free survey logic and data files
• Strong client-facing experience collaborating with internal stakeholders and external clients
• Experience managing expectations, resolving technical queries, and ensuring timely delivery
