Field Service Technician – Residential Solar Energy

• Perform maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of PV systems, batteries, and EV charging points
• Carry out preventive maintenance and commissioning
• Provide customer contact, explanations, solutions, and follow-up
• Report activities and materials
• Participate in on-call duties and emergency interventions
• Work independently in the field
• Perform all work according to NEN 1010 and NEN 3140 standards

• MBO level 3/4 in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Energy Technology
• Valid NEN 3140 certification
• At least 4 years of experience with PV systems, batteries, or EV charging points
• Driving license B
• Independent, customer-oriented, and physically able to handle up to 25 kg
• Preferred (not required): VCA Basic/VOL
• Preferred (not required): Working at Heights certification
• Preferred (not required): Manufacturer certifications (Huawei, Tesla, Enphase, Sigenergy)
• Preferred (not required): Experience with Dutch grid operators
• Good command of Dutch
