Consumer Law Attorney

• Draft pleadings, defenses, appeals, and initial complaints ranging from low to high complexity
• Update case management and procedural tracking systems
• Identify and apply different strategies for managing and effectively progressing matters within the assigned portfolio
• Handle civil litigation and high-volume caseloads
• Prior experience working as an attorney at a law firm

• Bachelor’s degree in Law and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
• Excellent knowledge of civil procedure and civil law
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• English proficiency is a plus
• Specialization in civil procedure or other areas of law is a plus
• Proactive approach
• Strong internal and external communication skills, including client communication
• Strong organizational skills, sense of urgency, and ability to optimize time and workflows
